What this website collects

Nothing. This website has no forms, does not use cookies, and does not use analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so visiting it does not share your details with third parties such as Google.

Like all websites, the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) briefly processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the page securely. I do not have access to this information and do not use it to identify you.

If you email or message me

If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I will use your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell me only to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange the services you ask about. The legal basis is your request to me and my legitimate interest in responding to it.

Please don’t include detailed personal, health or clinical information in a first message. If you would like to talk about therapy or supervision, a short note is enough, and we can arrange a confidential conversation. If you do share sensitive information, I will treat it in confidence and use it only to respond to you, in line with my professional obligations.

I keep correspondence only for as long as needed for that purpose, or as required by law or by my professional obligations, and I do not sell or share it with anyone for marketing. Email is provided by Microsoft 365 and WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.

Where your data is processed

Some of these providers (Vercel, Microsoft and WhatsApp) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, and to ask me to correct or delete it. You can also ask me to restrict or stop using your data, or to give you a copy in a portable format, where these rights apply. I will respond within one month. To do so, please contact me using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
